Mind

I'm Natasha. I make stillness feel less mysterious and more human, with a little help from neuroscience, the yoga mat and the night sky.

Calm isn't a personality type. It's a skill, and like any skill it gets easier when someone explains how it works.
My days are spent in the precise, detail-heavy world of international finance. The rest of the time I'm on the mat, on the cushion, building small digital tools for calmer minds, or reading far too late about neuroscience and the night sky.
This is where I share what I'm learning: practices gentle enough for a hard day, and grounded enough to satisfy the sceptic in you.
Everything I share sits somewhere between these three. Start wherever feels easiest; they all lead to the same quiet place.

Every atom of oxygen in the breath you just took was forged inside a star.
